It’s been a banner year for Dionne Warwick. The icon kicked things off with the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award, she’s enjoying a successful residency at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, and she released two albums this year, the critically acclaimed She’s Back and a new holiday duets album, The Voices Of Christmas.
So life’s been good to Warwick. And just as she always has, she’s giving back, this holiday season via the Dionne Warwick Institute of Economics and Entrepreneurship in East Orange, New Jersey.
In cooperation with the Dionne Warwick International Fan Club, the Grammy Award winning legend is offering Christmas gift baskets at different price levels. Items will include both the She’s Back and The Voices of Christmas albums, a coffee mug, a t-shirt, an adorable snuggle bear, her revealing autobiography My Life As I See It, and a children’s book, “Say A Little Prayer.” In addition to being bundled with gift baskets, each item is also available separately. Proceeds from the purchases will benefit the Institute.
“The institute is dear to my heart,” Warwick said in a prepared statement. ”Watching the students grow and become our next leaders of tomorrow is a goal the school is successfully achieving.”
